Prerequisites

Barco high brightness safety training
Basic knowledge about network communication configuration (IP address; subnet mask; WiFi)
Knowledge of or experience in projection basics
Laptop with administrative rights (to install the control software)

Target audience

Service engineers, repair staff, maintenance engineers, product experts, technical professionals.

Objective

In combination with the set of diagnostic tools available in the projector this will allow you to efficiently troubleshoot issues. Furthermore the replacement procedure of the important modules and the Service Strategy are explained.

Goal: By the end of the course participants will be able to do high level troubleshooting in case of issues and they will be able to perform replacement procedures using service manual and instructional videos (where available).
